Who is eligible
- High school senior through college graduate student (Year 5)
- Must be a dependent (child, spouse, civil union partner, or domestic partner) of an Amtrak employee, retiree, or furloughed employee
- Must be a full-time student
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 at the time of award
