Who is eligible
- Must be a returning, current, or accepted transfer student at Delaware State University
- Must have a parent or grandparent who is an alumnus of Delaware State University
- Must meet general DSU scholarship eligibility (minimum 2.5 GPA, full-time status, and valid FAFSA on file)
