Who is eligible
- Must be an undergraduate member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority in good financial standing on all levels
- Must show evidence of financial need
- Must be a current, full-time student in a college or university and NOT a graduating senior
- Must submit a transcript showing a minimum of 2 semesters of completed work and enrolled for at least 2 semesters still to be completed
- Must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5
- Must have exhibited leadership in her chapter
- Must possess high standards of character and reputation
What you'll need
- Essay (2 pages maximum, double-spaced): "to include a brief biographical sketch. In the essay, the applicant must include a statement of need."
- Three letters of recommendation (one must verify admittance of the college or university toward an undergraduate degree)
- A list of involvement in church and community activities
- Current transcript showing a minimum of 2 semesters of completed work
