Who is eligible
- Identify as a cisgender, transgender, or gender non-conforming Black woman
- Currently enrolled or intend to enroll as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited college or university in the United States for the 2024-25 academic year
- Pursuing a degree program in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields
- Legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
- At least 17 years of age
