This program honors Black talent who lead with ambition and purpose by providing a financial award alongside mentorship and support. Recipients are matched with experienced professionals and gain access to career coaching sessions to help navigate their career path.

Who is eligible
- Must self-identify as Black in your job application
- Must be eligible to work in Canada for the intended duration of the offer/contract offered
- Must secure a co-op, internship, or full-time position at PwC Canada
- Must not be an employee, partner, or dependent of an employee/partner of PwC Canada and its subsidiaries
What you'll need

- Ethnicity self-identification on the application
- Interview: Completion of the recruitment and final interview process
- Declaration of Compliance, Publicity and Liability Release (required before the award is granted)
