Bloom Scholarship Program
An annual scholarship program offered by Deloitte Canada to support and empower students from equity-deserving groups, including Black, Indigenous, and disabled or neurodivergent students. Selected recipients receive a $5,000 scholarship and the opportunity to complete a paid work term at one of Deloitte's Canadian offices.

Who is eligible
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Identify as a Black person, an Indigenous person (First Nations, Metis, or Inuit), or a person with a disability and/or as neurodivergent
- Enrolled in post-secondary education in Canada (full-time or part-time), completing a diploma, undergraduate, or graduate program
- Graduating in 2028 or beyond
- Interested in completing a work term at Deloitte in Winter 2027, Summer 2027, or Fall 2027
