The Bloom Scholarship Program supports Black students in Canada by providing a $5,000 scholarship and a paid work term at one of Deloitte's Canadian offices. The program is designed to help address systemic barriers and foster future leaders by offering hands-on industry experience.

Who is eligible
- Must identify as Black
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Enrolled in post-secondary education in Canada (full-time or part-time)
- Currently completing a diploma, undergraduate, or graduate program
- Graduating in 2028 or beyond
- Interested in completing a work term at Deloitte in Winter 2027, Summer 2027, or Fall 2027

- Virtual interviews and behavioral/case-based assessments if selected
