This scholarship is available to the children of full-time, retired, or furloughed BNSF Railway employees. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or college students from select states who are pursuing a certificate or degree in agriculture-related fields.

- Must be a child of a full-time BNSF Railway employee, retiree, or furloughed employee

- Must be from California, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Texas
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must be pursuing a certificate or degree in an area of the Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources (AFNR) career pathways (encouraged)
