Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) Education Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to academically-talented African American and Black students pursuing degrees ranging from associate to doctorate levels. It was founded by the spouses of the Congressional Black Caucus to support leadership and community involvement in response to federal education cuts.

- Constituent of a CBC member's district
