Department of War Cyber Service Academy (DoW CSA) Scholarship
A scholarship and capacity-building initiative supported by the Department of War to prepare cybersecurity professionals for the federal workforce. Recipients receive full tuition, funding for books, a computer purchase, and an annual stipend in exchange for a post-graduation service obligation with a sponsoring government agency.

Who is eligible
- Must be a U.S. citizen able to qualify for a security clearance
- Must be enrolled full-time in a cyber-related program at a designated National Center of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (such as Capitol Technology University)
- Undergraduate requirements: Rising junior or senior majoring in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another approved STEM discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Graduate requirements: Current or accepted master's or doctoral student with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Must have at least one full academic year remaining in degree program
- Must be able to relocate within the continental U.S. for internships and service obligations
- Must be currently unencumbered to another program with a required service obligation
