Who is eligible
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited U.S. dental school, entering their third or fourth year
- Must be in good academic standing with the university
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must demonstrate a strong interest in charitable work and community service through personal activities
- Must be nominated by the dean of their dental school or the dean's designate (limit of one nomination per school)
