Who is eligible
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a Black, Indigenous, Woman of Color including Trans-Woman of Color, or Genderqueer under-represented in snow sports
- Must have strong personal motivation to learn the skiing or snowboarding disciplines
- Must currently live in the United States and be a citizen, permanent resident, or DACA of the United States of America
- Must reside in Seattle or surrounding areas (King, Snohomish, and Pierce county) and Leavenworth area; or surrounding California/Nevada area for Lake Tahoe; or Park City and Salt Lake area for Park City
- Must be willing to attend at least two EDGE Outdoors events and/or contribute to the community through volunteer work
