Provides financial assistance to eligible Maryland students, including veterans, servicemembers, and qualifying dependents, who are degree-seeking students at Bowie State University. Awards are subject to funding availability and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours each semester
- Maintain in-state residency status and receive in-state tuition rates at the time of application
- Meet all eligibility requirements established by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC)
