Who is eligible
- Must be a current high school senior or college/university student pursuing higher education
- Current Union Pacific employees and their dependents are not eligible
What you'll need

- Two Letters of Recommendation from two different sources (such as a teacher, employer, mentor, or community leader) attesting to your character, leadership, or academic achievement
