Who is eligible

- Must be working toward a degree in a college, university, or seminary fully accredited by its regional accrediting association
- Must maintain a satisfactory academic record (normally a 'C' average or 2.0 GPA)
- Preference given to members of First Presbyterian Church (Tulsa), followed by members of Presbyterian Churches in the Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery, Synod of the Sun, and Presbyterian Churches at large
