A career development and mentorship program designed for Black, African, African-American, or Afro-Caribbean university students in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Participants receive monthly mentorship from McKinsey consultants, attend leadership learning sessions, and join an immersive work experience in McKinsey's London office.

Who is eligible
- Must be Black, African, African-American, or Afro-Caribbean
- Must be currently in their first year of undergraduate studies at a UK or Ireland university (or second year if enrolled in a four-year program)
- Must have an outstanding record of academic performance and leadership
- Must enjoy problem solving and creative thinking
- Must be interested in learning more about a career in consulting

- Essay (250 words maximum): Describe your "proudest or most interesting personal achievement. Please include the obstacles you overcame to reach this achievement and why it is important to you."
- Completion of Solve - McKinsey's assessment game
