General Named Endowed (GNE) Scholarships
The General Named Endowed (GNE) scholarship program is a competitive application that allows students to be considered for over 100 endowed scholarships. These awards consider leadership, GPA, and financial need, with select awards specifically supporting students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) as well as those from other diverse backgrounds.

Who is eligible
- Must be a member of The United Methodist Church, the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church, the AME Zion Church, the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, or a church that has disaffiliated from The UMC
- Must attend a United Methodist-related institution of higher education (which includes select HBCUs)
