Who is eligible
- Must be a student graduating from 12th grade
- Must be a baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist church
- Must plan to enroll full-time at a Seventh-day Adventist institution of higher education (including Oakwood College)
- Must declare a major to become a pastor or teacher
- Must commit to post-graduation employment within the Pacific Union Conference for at least 3-5 years
- Must be recommended by the local Conference
