Who is eligible
- Must be a registered, paid NSBE member
- Must belong to NSBE Region 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6
- Classification: Undergraduate Sophomore (2nd Year) or Undergraduate Junior (3rd Year)
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
