This is a service work loan program designed to provide financial assistance to seminary students who intend to enter certified or contract pastoral ministry within the LCMC.

Who is eligible
- Must be an active member of a congregation in the Heartland District of the LCMC
- Must attend a seminary and intend to enter certified or contract pastoral ministry in the LCMC
- Must maintain a college/seminary GPA of 2.0 or above
- Must have acceptance and enrollment at a seminary
What you'll need
- Completed application form
- Written recommendation from the candidate's home church pastor or a member of the Church Council
- Commitment to maintaining yearly contact with the Heartland District through an annual letter and optional attendance at the annual district gathering
