- Must be an initiated undergraduate or graduate member of Phi Kappa Psi in good standing
- Must demonstrate high moral standards and commitment to positively influencing his chapter, campus, and community
- Must show evidence of an entrepreneurial spirit within Phi Psi, personal life, or a professional setting

- One recommendation form submitted by a Phi Psi reference
- One recommendation form submitted by a non-Phi Psi reference
- If selected: Official college/university transcript, letter of gratitude to donors, headshot photo, and Statement of Eligibility
