This scholarship honors the memory of Judge Paul G. Feinman, the first openly LGBTQ+ person to sit on New York's highest court. It assists law students who have demonstrated a commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and are pursuing a judicial clerkship, internship, or externship.

Who is eligible
- Must be actively enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in good standing in a nationally accredited law school
- Must be working or planning to work with a judge, judicial officer, or court-sponsored program prior to admission as an attorney
