Who is eligible

  • Must have commercial insurance
  • Must be a US resident
  • Must have one of the following hemophilia or rare bleeding disorders: hemophilia A, hemophilia B, hemophilia A or B with inhibitors, congenital factor VII deficiency, congenital factor XIII deficiency subunit-A, acquired hemophilia, or Glanzmann's thrombasthenia with a refractoriness to platelets
  • Applicants do not need to be prescribed a Novo Nordisk product to apply
