This program provides financial support to nursing students in exchange for a commitment to work at an eligible healthcare facility with a critical shortage of nurses upon graduation.

Who is eligible
- U.S. citizen (born or naturalized), national, or lawful permanent resident
- Accepted or enrolled student in a nursing degree program at a United States accredited school of nursing
- Begin classes no later than September 30
- Do not have any federal judgment liens
- Do not have an existing service commitment
- Aren't overdue on a federal debt
What you'll need
- Service Commitment: Agree to work at an eligible Critical Shortage Facility (CSF) in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) upon graduation
