- Must demonstrate financial need, fraternity involvement, and campus/community service

- One recommendation form submitted by a Phi Psi reference
- One recommendation form submitted by a non-Phi Psi reference
- If selected: Official college/university transcript, letter of gratitude to donors, headshot photo, and Statement of Eligibility
