Who is eligible

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be a third-year student in 2025, intending to study an honours degree (Accounting Science, Business Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematical Science, Computational & Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Data Analytics) or an Accounting bridging course (BPTA) in 2026
  • Must study at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) or University of the Witwatersrand (WITS)
  • Must be able to substantiate a need for financial support
  • Must not have failed a year of undergraduate studies
  • Must have passed 2025 mid-year exams

  • Documents confirming community work since commencing studies at University
