Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship
The SMART Scholarship-for-Service Program provides bachelor's, master's, and doctoral students in STEM disciplines with full tuition, annual stipends, and summer internships. Upon graduation, scholars begin civilian employment with the Department of War.
