Who is eligible
- Must be an initiated undergraduate member of Phi Kappa Psi in good standing
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Must demonstrate outstanding leadership and service to chapter, campus, and community

- One recommendation form submitted by a Phi Psi reference
- One recommendation form submitted by a non-Phi Psi reference
- If selected: Official college/university transcript, letter of gratitude to donors, headshot photo, and Statement of Eligibility
