Who is eligible
- Must be an initiated member of Theta Phi Alpha in good standing (academically and financially)
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student
What you'll need
- Personal statement (2,500 characters or fewer): Describe 'the way you exemplify the values of Theta Phi Alpha'
- College transcripts
- FAFSA Expected Family Contribution (EFC) form
- Recommendation letter completed by an advisor, faculty member, or manager (email address required)
- Undergraduates must include their Chapter Advisor's name and e-mail address
