TMCF | McDonald’s Black and Positively Golden Scholarship
In partnership with McDonald's, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) provides need-based financial assistance to outstanding students attending TMCF-member historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). The scholarship supports bright young minds headed to the nation's HBCUs to help fund tuition and fees.

Who is eligible
- Be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior attending an HBCU during the 2027-2028 academic year
- Current cumulative grade point average of 2.7 or higher
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities
- Must be able to demonstrate a financial need
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551
