The True North Scholarship by Bain & Company is designed for Black Heritage undergraduate students in their penultimate year of study. Selected students attend a two-day career workshop in London and have the opportunity to secure a £10,000 scholarship and early Associate Consultant interviews.

Who is eligible
- Must be a student of Black Heritage
- Must be in the penultimate year of undergraduate university
- Open to students of any nationality and any degree
- Must demonstrate strong academic achievement, great communication skills, drive, passion, and problem-solving energy

How to apply
- Submit the application online including a copy of your CV and complete all application questions by April 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM BST.
- Complete the online assessment via the provided link by April 24, 2025, at midday BST.
- If selected, attend the two-day True North Workshop held in-person at the London office on July 2 & 3, 2025.
- Participate in Associate Consultant interviews in late July and mid-August 2025 to compete for the scholarship.
