UM Dollars for Scholars
This scholarship program begins with a $1,000 contribution from an eligible student's church, which is then matched by the United Methodist Higher Education Foundation (UMHEF). Additional matching funds may also be provided by participating United Methodist conference foundations and participating schools for a total of up to $4,000.

Who is eligible
- Must be a member of The United Methodist Church, African Methodist Episcopal Church, AME Zion Church, or Christian Methodist Episcopal Church (including students of churches that have disaffiliated from The UMC)
- Must be sponsored by the student's church with a $1,000 contribution

- An initial $1,000 church check made out to UMHEF
- A confirmation form containing the student's information
