Who is eligible
- Must be an initiated member of Phi Kappa Psi in good standing
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in business, real estate, public policy, or urban planning, or a law student with the intent to practice real estate law
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale
