This scholarship is awarded to outstanding Episcopal students enrolling in one of seven eligible Episcopal universities, including Episcopal HBCUs St. Augustine's University and Voorhees University.

Who is eligible
- Must follow the teachings of the Episcopal Church
- Must attend an Episcopalian high school
- Must plan to matriculate into one of the following universities: Bard College, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Kenyon College, St Augustine’s University, The University of the South, Université d’Haiti, or Voorhees University
- Grade level: High School Senior
- Must demonstrate a strong record of Service Learning and community service, academic achievement in junior and senior years, outstanding leadership, and a commitment to worship and community life
