- Legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
- At least 17 years of age
- Identify as a cisgender, transgender, or gender non-conforming Black woman
- Intend to enroll or be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited college or university in the United States for the current academic year
- Pursuing a STEM-related field
