BMW and Greenville Technical College
BMW Scholars Program
A two-year work-study program allowing students to attend classes full-time at Greenville Technical College while working part-time (20 hours per week) at BMW. BMW provides tuition assistance toward obtaining a two-year manufacturing-related associate degree, and students may be considered for full-time employment upon graduation.

Who is eligible
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) in their first or second semester of an eligible two-year manufacturing-related associate degree program at Greenville Technical College
- Must maintain a minimum 2.8 GPA (high school transcripts required if new student)
- Must be willing to work 20 hours per week at the BMW manufacturing facility
- Must be committed to attending college as a full-time student year-round (Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters)
- Must be legally allowed to work long-term in the United States

- Apply to Greenville Technical College and enroll in an eligible associate degree program.
- Submit an Experiential Learning application to Greenville Technical College to get approved for experiential learning opportunities.
- Contact the Experiential Learning Office to request the official BMW Technical Scholar Application link and the required BMW School Verification form.
- Complete and submit the official BMW Technical Scholar Application along with your resume, unofficial transcript, and signed School Verification form.
- Participate in the interview and physical assessment process if selected by BMW.
