Future Fellowship
The Future Fellowship is a 6-week virtual immersive program designed to support and encourage students from racial/ethnic communities underrepresented in STEM. Fellows receive a $7,000 award, technical and interview preparation, and an invitation to an accelerated interview process for a Palantir internship or full-time role.

Who is eligible
- Identify as a member of a racial/ethnic community underrepresented in STEM (including, but not limited to, Black/African-American, Latinx/Hispanic, and Indigenous heritage)
- Actively enrolled student on track to graduate with a bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. institution in 2022 or 2023
- Majoring in or planning to major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- Have completed or currently enrolled in a Data Structures course
- Have not been a Palantir scholarship finalist in the past
- Available for a fully-remote 6-week long program requiring 3-5 hours per week between July and August 2021
- Students attending U.S.-based Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs/HBCUs) are encouraged to apply

- Most recent resume or CV (with university, major, and expected graduation year listed)
- College transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable)
- Basic benchmark coding exercise (to be completed after application submission)
