HBCU Cyber Defense Scholarship
Full tuition plus a living stipend for cybersecurity students at participating HBCUs, in exchange for a federal government service commitment equal to the length of the award.

- U.S. citizen
- Enrolled at a participating HBCU with a cybersecurity track
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Able to obtain a security clearance
