Who is eligible

  • Must be African-American
  • Must be at least a rising junior
  • Must have declared a major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Must be pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree
  • Must be accepted to one of the following historically black colleges and universities: Florida A&M University, Howard University, Morgan State University, North Carolina A&T University, Prairie View A&M University, Tuskegee University
  • Must have and maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average
