Who is eligible
- Be a full-time enrolled student as an undergraduate senior during the 2026-2027 academic year at one of the following schools: Bowie State University, Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, Coppin State University, Delaware State University, Hampton University, Howard University, Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, Morgan State University, Norfolk State University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, University of the District of Columbia, University of the Virgin Islands-St. Croix, University of the Virgin Islands-St. Thomas, University of Virginia Lynchburg, Virginia State University, or Virginia Union University
- Current cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher
- Must be able to demonstrate financial need
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551
What you'll need
- Video (2 minutes): Respond to the prompt: "What core principles or values do you believe are most essential to creating positive change in your community and future career field? How do you plan to embody them in both your educational pursuits and interactions with others?"
How to apply

- Complete the application form when it opens on June 1, 2026.
- Create and upload a two-minute video answering the required prompt.
- Submit the application before the December 1, 2026 deadline at 11:59 p.m. EST.
