Who is eligible
- Must be a Philo or Rhoer affiliate in good financial standing on all levels of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
- Rhoer applicants must be current graduating high school seniors or have graduated high school no earlier than the last academic year ending in the Spring
- Philo applicants must submit proof of matriculation or an admission letter to a 4-year accredited college or university
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale

- Essay (1 page maximum, double-spaced): "explaining your need for the stipend."
- Unofficial transcript showing a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Rhoer applicants who graduated in the Spring must submit a high school transcript and current college course schedule
- A list of community involvement
