Who is eligible
- Must be an active Uber driver or Uber Eats courier
- Must have Uber Pro Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status
- Must have 2,000 or more lifetime completed trips
- Must maintain Gold status or above to keep coverage active (with a 3-month grace period if status drops)
- Must uphold all Uber driver/courier quality standards
- Eligible family members of qualifying drivers (spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, parent, legal guardian, or dependent) can receive the transferred benefit
