Costco Employee Scholarship
The Costco Employee Scholarship provides up to $10,000 in support for regular full-time, part-time, and limited part-time Costco Wholesale employees to pursue their first undergraduate degree. Eligible degrees include credit-bearing certificates, 2-year, or 4-year degrees at nonprofit, accredited institutions in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Who is eligible
- Must be a regular full- and part-time or limited part-time Costco Wholesale Employee residing in the United States or Puerto Rico (including College Retention employees)
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent by June 2027
- Must be a current, new or previous student pursuing a first-time degree starting Fall 2027 (certificate, 2-year or 4-year credit-bearing undergraduate degrees qualify)
- Must not have obtained a bachelor’s degree yet
- Must plan to enroll in an accredited, nonprofit college or university
