Who is eligible
- Must be an undergraduate Brother of sophomore standing or above
- Enrolled full-time in a four-year accredited collegiate institution
- In good financial standing at all levels (International/District/Chapter)
- In good standing with the collegiate institution
- Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale

- Attendance requirement: Must register and attend the Grand Conclave or Leadership Conference of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. to receive the award
