Who is eligible
- Must identify as a gay male under 35 (or identify as LGBTQ+ for specific awards like the Folisi & Goodwin Scholarship or the Phil Papel Memorial Scholarship)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must have graduated from high school or completed a GED by June of the application year
- Must be admitted to or enrolled in an accredited college, university, or vocational institution for the upcoming fall or spring term
- Must maintain at least half-time enrollment status, though preference is given to full-time study
