Who is eligible
- Must be a female of Latino decent
- Must be a Business major (including Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and/or Economics)
- Must attend the University of Nebraska at Omaha

- Must not be receiving major financial assistance from other outside sources, such as Pell Grant, Goodrich Scholarship, or Susan Thompson Buffett award
