- Must attend the University of Nebraska at Omaha
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 3.75 on a 5.0 scale or higher
- Must not be receiving major financial assistance from other outside sources, such as Pell Grant, Goodrich Scholarship, or Susan Thompson Buffett award
