- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be a resident of Kansas
- Must be a full-time medical student (enrolled in 12 hours or more) at the University of Kansas School of Medicine
- Must be a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior medical student (Pre-Med or graduate students in other programs are not eligible)
- Must have Masonic or Eastern Star affiliation
