Who is eligible
- Must be a graduating high school student or within four years of earning a high school diploma or GED
- Must plan to attend or currently attend a post-secondary school pursuing a technical or vocational certificate/credential
- Students pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree are not eligible
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be a resident of New Jersey on the date of application submission

- Submit the completed application to your local Elks Lodge postmarked between March 5, 2026, and May 12, 2026.
