- Must be a college student graduating in two years' time
- Must be enrolled in an eligible program (Engineering, Health Science, Applied Science, IT, Industrial Design, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related programs)
- Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 2.00
- Must have no grade of 5.00, no unremoved 4.00, and no Incomplete grades
