This scholarship provides financial assistance to Delaware residents with demonstrated financial need. It is available to full-time undergraduate students attending accredited Delaware institutions, or out-of-state undergraduate and graduate students pursuing majors not offered at Delaware public institutions.

Who is eligible
- Must be a Delaware resident

- Must be a high school senior, undergraduate student, or graduate student
